Both Sidhu-Kanhu and Chand-Bhairav
The Santhal Revolt of 1855 was led by four Murmu brothers: Sidhu, Kanhu, Chand, and Bhairav. It started on June 30, 1855, in Bhognadih village to protest British East India Company's exploitation. Sidhu and Kanhu mobilized around 10,000 Santhals claiming divine support from Thakur Bonga. Chand and Bhairav acted as co-leaders with suba roles. Both pairs are recognized as primary leaders of the revolt.
