Notes: The concept of political system was introduced by David Easton in his work, An Approach to the Analysis of Political System in 1957. He is regarded as the pioneer of the system analysis. He defined politics as authoritative allocation of values which constitutes the political process and does not take place in a closed circuit but interconnected with the social process. Therefore political system are open system.
