Notes: Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) comes under the administrative control of the Union Corporate affairs Ministry. The Government has recently simplified the claim settlement process under the IEFPA. It includes changes like allowing self-attestation of documents instead of the current requirement of notarisation. IEPFA has been set up for administration of investor funds under the Companies law.
