Notes: The Nagarjuna Sagar Srisailam Tiger Reserve (NSTR) is the largest tiger reserve. It is situated in the Nallamala forest region. It spreads across two Indian states – Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The total area of this tiger reserve is 3,728 square kilometre. It spans across five districts – Kurnool District, Prakasam District, Guntur District, Nalgonda District and Mahabub Nagar district. It was notified in the year 1982-1983. This reserve currently has more 60 tigers.
