Notes: Ukraine has been recently to ‘Continental Europe Synchronous Area (CESA)’. It is an electricity grid spanning much of the continental Europe. This step will allow Ukraine to decouple its Power system from hostile Russia. Though this move was planned after Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014, the recent Russian invasion has fast-tracked the decision.
