Notes: Arijit Singh was born on 25th April, 1987 in Murshidabad district. He is a Bengali playback singer who started his career in the reality show, ‘Fame Gurukul’. Now he is working with all the well known music directors of Mumbai. Not only in Hindi films, he also sings for Bengali films. In 2013, Arijit Singh became very popular after he got Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer in film ‘Aashiqui 2’. Arijit Singh has sang total around 500 songs in where he has sang 300+ Bollywood songs (including remix versions), 45 Non Hindi songs, 120+ Bengali songs and the rest in other regional languages. He currently owns 28 awards, including several Filmfare Awards.
