Q. What is the minimum age requirement to become a Member of the Legislative Assembly?
Answer: 25 years
Notes: According to Article 173(b) of Indian constitution, a person should be a citizen of India and not less than 25 years of age to be a member of the Legislative Assembly. Besides, no person can become a member of the Legislative Assembly of any state, unless he is a voter from any constituency of the state.
