Notes: The Treaty of Seringapatam was signed on 18 March 1792. Through this treaty the Third Anglo-Mysore War came to a cessation. Tipu handed over his two sons to the English. As a war indemnity he provided 3 crores and 30 lakhs rupees to the English and ceded half of his territory to the Nizam, Marathas and the English.
