Ubangi River is the largest right-bank tributary of the Congo River, located in the Central African region. Ubangi River starts at the confluence of the Mbomou and Uele Rivers after which it flows through the border between the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo. After passing through the Bangui city, it flows through the international border between Republic of Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Finally, it joins the Congo River.
