Notes: Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) has completed 10 years of implementation in 2025. It was launched in 2015 by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) to promote skill development in India. Currently in its fourth phase, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0 is part of the Central Sector Scheme of the Skill India Programme.
