Notes: The Oresund Strait is a strait located between the Zealand Island of Denmark and Scania province of Sweden. It is also known as "the Sound" which actually forms the Danish-Swedish Border. Oresund is located along the Great Belt, Little Belt and Kiel Canal which all together connects Baltic Sea to the Atlantic Ocean via Kattegat, Skagerrak and the North Sea. It is one of the busiest waterways in the world.
