Mount Paitchau is located in the island country of Timor-Leste in the Lesser Sunda Islands of Malay Archipelago. It is also known as Gunung Paitchau. It is 960 metres high above sea level. It is situated within Nino Konis Santana National Park and Lake Ira Lalaro is located to the north of Mount Paitchau. This mountain possess the Timor-Leste primary forests and Important Bird Area which houses critically endangered yellow-crested cockatoo.
