Notes: Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) launched the Cyber Security Innovation Challenge (CSIC) 1.0 under the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Project. Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Project is an initiative of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). Its purpose is to build human resources in Information Security and spread awareness on cyber hygiene and cyber security. The project is implemented through 50 selected institutions in a hub-and-spoke model, including premier institutes like Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs).
