Notes: Reasi district in Jammu and Kashmir is set to become the second district after Srinagar to implement the SMILE scheme. SMILE stands for Support for Marginalised Individuals for Livelihood and Enterprise. It is a major initiative of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The scheme has a total allocation of ₹365 crore for the period from 2021-22 to 2025-26. It will be implemented across the country to support vulnerable communities.
