Right to equality is an important and meaningful right provided in Articles 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the constitution. Article 15 of the constitution states that no person shall be discriminated on the basis of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. Right to equality is the principal foundation of all other rights and liberties.
