Notes: The Prime Minister inaugurated the Lower Kopili Hydroelectric Project, a 120 megawatt (MW) run-of-river hydropower project. It is located in Assam in the West Karbi Anglong and Dima Hasao Autonomous District Council areas. The project is developed and owned by Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited. It is funded by the Asian Development Bank under the Assam Power Sector Investment Program. The project is built on the Kopili River basin. Kopili River is an interstate river flowing through Meghalaya and Assam.
