A prominent Gujarati weekly publication of a bygone era. The Prajabandhu weekly began on March 6, 1898. Bhagubhai Fatehchand Karbhari served as its editor for about one and a half years. He managed everything himself — writing articles, proofreading, and even delivering the issues to the post office once prepared. Initially, the weekly also included an English section, for which Bhagubhai received assistance from Barrister Jivanlal Vrajlal Desai.
