Answer: Tea-garden community
Notes: Dulal Manki was born in Tinsukia, Assam, in 1964. He belongs to the Tea-garden community, locally called the Chah community. His expertise lies in traditional Jhumur songs from this community. Manki learned music from his father, also a folk artist of this culture. He received the Padma Shri award in 2021 for his contributions to folk music.
