Notes: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with State Bank of India (SBI) to provide loans at a concessional rate to builders as well as customers for affordable housing projects. Both SBI and CREDAI will collaborate and work towards the development of the real estate sector, specifically through the affordable housing and green housing projects. The duration of the agreement is for a period of three years. The CREDAI is the apex body of private Real Estate developers registered under Section 25 of Companies Act, 1956. It is a not-for-profit company and its headquarters is located in New Delhi.
