Which of the above statements is / are correct?
Answer: Only 1 and 3
Notes: Statement 1 is correct as Hinayana is associated with what is now called Theravada Buddhism. Statement 3 is also correct, since Vajrayana is also referred to as Tantric Buddhism. Statement 2 is incorrect because the Sutta Pitaka and Vinaya Pitaka were compiled by Hinayana / Theravada schools, not Mahayana.
