International Day of Women and Girls in Science
International Day of Women and Girls in Science is observed on 11th February each year to recognise and encourage the involvement of women and girls in the field of science and technology. During this day, an International Day of Women and Girls in Science Assembly is organised. This year’s event will focus on the theme “Women Scientists at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19”.
