The 3rd edition of BRICS Urban Forum meeting 2016 will be host by Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from September 14 to 16, 2016. The conference will throw light on the challenges faced by the cities and the emergence of new urban spaces with rapid urbanization. It would also provide a platform for each participant country to learn the best practices of other BRICS countries and adapt them in making their cities smart at their backyard. BRICS is an acronym of the five emerging economies in the world viz. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
