To commemorate the birth centenary of Jana Sangh ideologue Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair the 149-member national committee. The committee includes several Governors, Chief Ministers, scientists, journalists, academicians, social Workers and spiritual leaders. Beside this, the 23-member executive committee has also constituted for this purpose that will be headed by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
