Sierra Leone
World Health Organisation (WHO) declared Sierra Leone as Ebola free on 7th November after 18 months of first reported case in the country. Sierra Leone recorded its first Ebola infection in May 2014. It is one of the three worst effected countries due to Ebola virus. The other two are Liberia and Guinea. On September 3, Liberia achieved Ebola-free status. Guinea is still reporting few new cases.
