Notes: Satish Prasad Singh was an Indian politician and 6th Chief Minister of Bihar. He was the shortest-serving Chief Minister of Bihar. He served only for a very brief tenure of five days in 1968. He was a member of Koeri community. He was the first Chief Minister of Bihar from other backward classes. He was elected to 7th Lok Sabha (lower house of the Parliament) from Khagaria constituency of Bihar in 1980, as a member of Congress Party. He died in Delhi from complications from COVID-19 on November 2, 2020, 5 days after his wife died from similar complications. He was known for holding cabinet positions under 7 governments as well as "weatherman" of Indian politics.
