Answer: Mahadev Govind Ranade
Notes: Mahadev Govind Ranade was one of the founding members of INC. He was one of the earliest Judicial officers of India. In 1893 he was uplifted to the Bombay High Court. He established Poona Sarvajanik Sabha in 1870 as a pre-INC organization.
