Notes: Sahibzada Ajit Singh, eldest son of Guru Gobind Singh, led Sikh forces at Taragarh against Sivalik Rajas. The battle was fought near Anandpur Sahib. Ajmer Chand and Bhim Chand were among the attacking Hill chiefs. The Sikhs effectively defended Taragarh fort under Ajit Singh’s command.
