- Sachindra Nath Sanyal was an Indian revolutionary and co-founder of the Hindustan Republican Army. Sanyal founded a branch of the Anushilan Samiti in Patna in 1913.
- Jogesh Chandra Chatterjee was an Indian freedom fighter, revolutionary and member of Rajya Sabha. In 1937, Jogesh Chandra joined Congress Socialist party but left it very shortly and formed a new party in 1940 with the name of Revolutionary Socialist Party of which he remained the General Secretary from 1940 to 1953.
- Ram Prasad Bismilwas an Indian poet, writer and revolutionary who participated in the Mainpuri Conspiracy of 1918, and the Kakori Conspiracy of 1925. Bismil was one of the chief founders of the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA) along with Sachindra Nath Sanyal and Jadugopal Mukherjee. HRA was founded in 1924 and its constitution was drafted chiefly by Bismil.
