Notes: Kalyaneshwari Temple is situated on the banks of the Barakar River. The Barakar River forms part of the border between West Bengal and Jharkhand. The temple is located in the Asansol Sadar subdivision of Paschim Bardhaman district, around 20 km from Asansol and 5 km from Maithon Dam. It was constructed about 500 years ago by the Panchkot Raj.
