Notes: Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat declared Andaman and Nicobar Islands as India’s first Swachh Sujal Pradesh. The Minister handed over the certificate to Lieutenant Governor Admiral DK Joshi declaring the UT as India’s first “Clean and Sujal Pradesh”. All the villages of the state have been certified as Har Ghar Jal and ODF (Open defecation free) Plus.
