Firoz Shah Tughlaq
Firoz Shah Tughlaq abolished a special tax on 28 items, prohibited Muslim women from visiting saints' graves, and persecuted Shia and Mahdavi sects. He established the Diwan-i-Khairat for orphans and widows, promoted public works, and enforced the Jizya tax on non-Muslims.
