Answer: Kosi
Notes: Kosi river originates in Nepal. Some of its headstreams rise beyond the Nepalese border in Tibet. From a major confluence of tributaries north of the Chatra Gorge onwards, the Koshi River is also known as Saptakoshi. After crossing into Bihar, it branches into distributaries before joining the Ganges near Katihar.
