Czech Republic and Germany
The Czech Republic and Germany form the basin countries of the Elbe River. Elbe River is a major river in Central Europe rises from Krkonose Mountains of the Czech Republic which then flows through the western Czech Republic and Germany and finally drains into the western North Sea coast of Germany. Vltava, Saale, Havel, Mulde, Schwarze Elster and Ohre are the major tributaries of the Elbe River.
