Tulu is a Dravidian language primarily spoken in coastal Karnataka and Kerala. Jharkhand's recognized languages include Bengali, Nagpuri, and Angika, among others. Bengali accounts for 9.74% of speakers and has official status in Jharkhand. Nagpuri represents 7.23% of the population and is also officially recognized. Angika is prominent and officially recognized in the state as per census data. Tulu does not appear in Jharkhand’s linguistic data or official lists.
