Mount Dhupgarh or Dhoopgarh is the highest point in the Satpura Range and in Madhya Pradesh, India. It is the highest point of Madhya Pradesh. Satpura is originally derived from Sanskrit word “Shatpura”, which means “Hundred Mountains.” The Narmada River originates from north-eastern end of Satpura in Amarkantak.
