Q. Which is the First state in India to have a ‘Happiness Department’?

Notes: Madhya Pradesh became the first state in India to have ‘Happiness Department’ that will work as knowledge resource centre on the subject of happiness on the lines of Bhutan. The newly-constituted department will give suggestions to ensure happiness in the lives of the people. The idea has been incorporated in line with the already present Happiness Index in Bhutan to measure happiness of its people.
