India hosted the BIMSTEC Youth Heritage and Sustainability Immersion Programme from March 17–23 in Madhya Pradesh. It was organised by Ministry of External Affairs with Bharat Scouts and Guides. The initiative was announced by Narendra Modi at the 6th BIMSTEC Summit to boost youth exchanges. More than 80 participants from BIMSTEC countries joined to promote cultural ties and sustainable development. The first phase in Bhopal focused on heritage visits, museums, and tribal interactions.
