Kauleshwari Temple is located on Kolhua Hill in Chatra district, Jharkhand. It is an ancient pilgrimage site built in the 10th century. The temple is dedicated to Kauleshwari Devi, a form of Sati/Kali. Kolhua Hill is about 1,575 feet high and lies southeast of Hunterganj in Chatra subdivision. The temple attracts devotees from Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain faiths. The geographical coordinates are approximately 24°22′35″N 84°51′51″E.
