Notes: The fifth edition of the India Internet Governance Forum (IIGF) was held on 27–28 November 2025 in New Delhi. The theme was Advancing Internet Governance for an Inclusive and Sustainable Viksit Bharat. India Internet Governance Forum (IIGF) is the national chapter of the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF) and uses a multi-stakeholder format. It was established in 2021. The forum provides a platform for open discussions on internet policy with guidance from a 14-member committee.
