Notes: The Nārī Śakti Vandan Adhiniyam (The Constitution (One Hundred and Sixth Amendment) Act), is colloquially known as the Women's Reservation Bill of 2023. It sought to reserve 33% of seats in the Lok Sabha, State legislative assemblies, and the Delhi legislative assembly for women. After prolonged debate, ending 27 years of legislative considerations, it was passed by both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha in September of 2023. The bill was signed by President Droupadi Murmu on 28th September 2023, with the gazette notification issued the same day affirming its enforcement after the first delimitation, set to be unfrozen in 2026.
