Notes: Spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev launched the Bhavya Bharat Bhushan Award. The award honours excellence in national security, business, arts and entertainment, sports, community welfare, science and technology, and literature and academia. It was presented during Mahashivaratri celebrations in the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Violinist N. Rajam received the honour and called it a blessing. Former Indian Space Research Organisation Chairman S. Kiran Kumar said the award represents ISRO’s contribution to India’s space progress. The award aims to recognise individuals whose work significantly contributes to national growth and public well-being.
