Mathrubhumi is a Malayalam newspaper published in Kerala, India. It was founded by KP Keshav Menon, an active volunteer in the Indian independence struggle against the British. The word motherland translates as "motherland". It is the second most widely read daily newspaper in Kerala. It also publishes a variety of journals and supplements, including the weekly literary magazine Mathrubhumi Azappatippu.SEED (Student Empowerment for Environmental Development) is a CSR initiative of the motherland, a nature-based educational program initiated by the motherland.
