Notes: The Indian Army has recently named one of its military firing ranges after the famous Indian actress Vidya Balan, to recognise her contribution to cinema. The Vidya Balan Firing Range is located in Gulmarg, Kashmir. Earlier, the actress was invited to join the board of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. Earlier this year, the actress had attended the Gulmarg Winter Festival organised by the Indian Army.
