Notes: In the Census 2011, Haryana (834), Punjab (846), Jammu & Kashmir (862), Delhi (871) and Chandigarh (880) had the lowest child sex-ratios. In the period 1991-2011, child sex-ratio declined from 943 to 919, whereas the overall sex-ratio climbed up to 945 from 927.
