Educational Qualifications

The educational qualification needed for this recruitment are as follows:

Programme Executive – (Young Innovators Programme):First class MSc/ MSW with 3 years of relevant experience Or First class graduation in Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Science, Mathematics with 5 years of relevant experience.
Essential Attributes: Good written and spoken communication skills (in Malayalam and English – as evidenced through a written test), IT skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation (as evidenced through a practical test)
Programme Executive– (Emerging Technologies and other projects): First class M Tech or First Class MBA with Engineering Graduation, with 3 years of relevant experience Or First class Graduation in Engineering, with 5 years of relevant experience.
Essential Attributes : Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Malayalam
Animator – (Manchadi): First class MSc/ MSW with 3 years of teaching experience Or First class Graduation in Engineering/Science/ Mathematics with 5 years of experience.
Essential Attributes: Good written and spoken communication skills (in Malayalam and English – as evidenced through a written test), IT skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation (as evidenced through a practical test)
