Software for Estimate Calculation Using Rural Rates for Employment (SECURE)

The rural development ministry is working on Software for Estimate Calculation Using Rural Rates for Employment (Secure) to ensure that state governments don’t inflate their estimates of the materials needed for a project. The software will generate an estimate after being fed inputs on a project.

All estimates under MGNREGS will be generated with the use of SECURE software from the Programme’s Management Information System with effect from 1st April, 2018.
