Bay of Fundy

Bay of Fundy, lying along the eastern coast of Canada in the vicinity of Nova Scotia, it is an arm of the north Atlantic ocean. The highest tides of the world reaching to the height of 21m occur in this day. The tides here are used for the generation of hydro-electricity. The cities of Boston and Portland lie on its coast. A large number of tourists visit the coasts of this bay on the dates of full moon and new moon.
