Notes: The Northeast Frontier (NF) Railway in association with the state's transport department dispatched the first goods trains carrying food grains and essential commodities to Khongsang railway station at Manipur from Guwahati. Khongsang is the latest station which was commissioned in 2022 in the Jiribam-Imphal new line project. The first direct passenger train service namely ‘Jan Shatabdi Express’ was earlier inaugurated between Tripura’s Agartala and Khongsang .
