Answer: Oath of the President
Notes: Article 60 of the Indian Constitution deals with the oath of the President. It states that every President shall, before entering upon his office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmationin the presence of the Chief Justice of India or, in his absence, the senior most Judge of the Supreme Court available.
