Answer: Chief Justice of Supreme Court
Notes: According to the President (discharge of functions) Act, 1969 the Chief Justice of India shall act as the President of India when office of both President and Vice President fall Vacant. And in the absence of CJI, the seniormost Judge of the Supreme Court shall perform the functions of the President.
